The hierarchy between hospital and community is a stain on medicine and healthcare. My dad is over 70, and a pediatrician seeing patients in his office in Montreal, unvaccinated. There are many others like him, as many at hospitals with no risk have been vaccinated. It’s sad.

Today's lesson in probability& outcome. Blk people are 9% of the T.O. population but have the highest rates of COVID at 21%. Only 7.6% of the Blk pop. is over 65. What happens when the vaccine rollout is based only on age not race & fails to look at anti-Blk racism as a barrier?
