To recap: put this out yesterday. Many agreed this is a real disease for women but not covered by many payors. In a way they are correct. Uneven data out there re: PRO and QoL. We need to do some work. See SVP classification in JVS V&L: doi.org/10.1016/j.jvsv… by Meissner et al.

See previous tweet for pre. Treated with foam to the pelvic varicosities and coils in OV. Hopefully insurer will cover. Policy said “no precert required”. Who knows what that really means. Have another patient whose policy excludes pelvic vein disease tx. Not fair.
