Wow. Exhausted after an amazing #broxtowetogether 3. So much collaboration. So many perspectives on some really live and difficult problems. So many thanks to make especially to Elaine and the South Nottinghamshire Place-Based Partnership team, Vicky McClure MBE and everyone who was there #FoodForThought

A few tips to help us stay safe in the heat: 1. Carry water and sip some every 30 minutes or so- dehydration makes us feel ill. 2. Avoid being out in direct sunlight midday to 3pm if you can. 3. Wear sunscreen when you go out, it takes under 30 minutes to burn even dark skin
