Celebrating 66th birthday - Day 32 on Impella 5.5. Rocky road: acute left main occlusion presenting with massive cardiogenic shock. Switched from Impella CP to subclavian Impella 5.5 and successfully overcame some major complications. Recovering slowly but surely.
