Is this heaven? Nah, it's #Pittsburgh. What a scene this morning from the West End Overlook. As the sun rose in the sky, low clouds and fog rolled in, creating a jaw-dropping view. The way the backlit clouds mixed with shadows and sunlight downtown was incredible.

Tonight's sunset in #Pittsburgh was nothing short of spectacular. It was a last minute decision, as I've struck out lately on sunsets but that wasn't the case tonight. The view from Greenfield was just perfect, with the sun shining on the horizon as it lit up the clouds above.

When I was in medical school in North Carolina, I would dream and pray about returning home specifically to AGH for residency. During icebreakers today a resident said, “wow you’re home”. I am fortunate beyond measure to be a member of the AHN family. #AHNIMres #Pittsburgh

Sometimes all you need is a little change in perspective. Climbed up (not that high, don't worry) on the Clemente Bridge this morning, and captured some light trails streaking across the bridge with #Pittsburgh glowing in the background. Made for a beautiful start to the weekend.

My grandfather worked for J&L; I now look at the same skyline while serving the steel city and surrounding communities as a resident in one of the most historic and impactful health systems in the nation. I have never been so sure of being in the right place. #home #Pittsburgh
