It’s been a lovely weekend of friendship, cake, seaside, countryside and a few patients at Brighton Pride. Thanks to the SJA County of Sussex team for inviting me again.

A busy few days at St John Youth England national camp. Thanks to the amazing youth leaders who organised this and the medical and welfare team especially Dr Richard Webb for helping keep everyone safe and happy.

A great day volunteering at London Marathon as sector six clinical lead with Sam Rogers. Busy hot day but the St John Ambulance England volunteers were amazing. Thanks to the 27 healthcare professionals from St John Ambulance North Clinical Team who travelled down and London Fire Brigade who lent me their dog for a fuss.
