Primary MN, (PLA2R positive) in complete remission post Ritux (2 doses of 1g 2wk apart), What's the role of PLA2R monitoring in predicting relapse? Any role of Ritux maintenance to prevent relapse?.@askrenal Raja Ramachandran (राजा) GlomCon Sreejith Parameswaran Arunkumar Arvind Canchi (Conjeevaram)🇮🇳

Kristin George Arvind Canchi (Conjeevaram)🇮🇳 @askrenal Raja Ramachandran (राजा) GlomCon Sreejith Parameswaran Arunkumar Persistence of + PLA2R ab after drug-induced remission increase risk of relapse. An immunological relapse predicts clinical relapse. Routine post clinical remission monitoring of anti-PLA2R ab might be of clinical utility, but thus is not proven (yet) by a well-designed RCT.

Kristin George Arvind Canchi (Conjeevaram)🇮🇳 @askrenal Raja Ramachandran (राजा) GlomCon Sreejith Parameswaran Arunkumar The risk of a clinical relapse in patients with anti-PLA2R MN within 2-3 years after a spontaneous CR is about 10% , and after RTX or CYC induced CR is on the order of 15-20%. A role for continued RTX therapy post -Complete clinical and immunologic remission is unknown, IMO
