Our new Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology review of interventions to improve indoor air quality (IAQ). Policy and source control interventions are likely most effective to improve IAQ. Hot off the press CHEST® Journal: Our review and meta-analysis unpacks the prevalence, risk factors, and outcomes of Preserved Ratio Impaired Spirometry. Global prevalence of PRISm was 12% with greater prevalence in LMICs. PRISm was associated with increased risk of mortality.
