What an incredible experience! Sad that North American Pain School has come to a close for us NAPSters, but so grateful for the knowledge gained and connections made! Collaborations and friendships for life were formed at NAPS 2022. Thank you to all involved! š #NAPainSchool

Turns out the fear of death is a pretty effective catalyst for networking. #NAPainSchool knows what theyāre doing! My face says it all š shoutout to raftmates Maria Pavlova @RachelW152 Flavia P Kapos, DDS MS PhD Kathleen Sluka Tracy Anastas, PhD (she/her) Jessica Archibald & Shreela Palit, PhD @DonOcay & others for the rescue!

Weeks later and Iām still reflecting on everything I learned at North American Pain School. One of my favorites as a preclinical researcher was the QST workshop set up by Yenisel Cruz-Almeida (she, her, hers)ā¦so informative! Also learned I have a robust reaction to capsaicin, so guess #HotOnes isnāt in my futureš

Today was the final day of the 2022 Nemours Summer Undergraduate Research Program (NSURP). So very proud of my mentee, Chhaya Patel! She did a wonderful job on her poster and final oral presentations. Such a great mentoring experience! #painresearch Nemours Children's Health Nemours CHDS
