Had Giganet for 3 years, support for my existing router right from sign up. Forcibly changed to Cuckoo in January & started getting problems. Today, it stopped working. Told Cuckoo don't support other routers, won't help. Terrible service, Giganet cared, Cuckoo don't.

Yet another Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery item that was posted Monday morning stuck somewhere in their network and missing it's delivery target. So many times this happens, items just disappear once handed over and make no progress for days, just like Evri. Urgh 🤬
