Nowadays I love starting a new sketchbook. It used to make me so nervous being faced with a pristine white page when I was at school yet now I teach others not to be afraid of that blank white space but to be brave, creative, have fun and make mistakes. That’s how we learn best.

When 6 year olds surpass themselves 👋 We looked at natural forms and focussed on mark making to add texture and detail to produce these stunning sketchbook pages by Brook Class St Margaret's C of E

Year 3 Mersey Drive Primary worked so well together and enjoyed learning new textile and art skills to produce this collaborative art interpretation of Hundertwasser. It looks fantastic framed and on display in the front foyer👋🖼🎨
