Nice case of anterior wall recently that converted to mitral flutter and then terminated. Also nice of ripple showing small area of conduction into mid right PV posterior antrum

Another case showing mitral flutter but in a patient with no prior AF or LA ablation. Able to anchor line to an area of electrical silence at roof of RPV

Nice case of VT with syncope done by my partner today with impella support First map we have seen in a while. Who knew that VT could such a great escape from reality!

Great case by my partner Sam. Non ischemic cardiomyopathy with multiple ICD shocks. Blue dots are LAVAs. Noninducible at the end

This was a nice case of scar flutter in a patient with remote federal septal defect repair. Terminated with the first burn. Excellent mapping by Cassidy Styles

This is the same patient with the atrial septal defect who not surprisingly also had counterclockwise right atrial flutter but surprisingly also had AV node recently tachycardia and a left atrial mitral annular focal tachycardia.

I will be unable to join today but very much enjoyed yesterday. Will the remainder be available for review after completion of the conference?

LA flutter around LSPV using ridge and carina gone in 3 seconds. Initial ablation 2005 w 50W, 8mm tip, ostial segmental isolation. Incredible technology upgrades in 17 yrs. Excellent mapping by Cam Bennett #afib,#carto #centrahealth

Great week of cases at JKCI in Tanzania w ⁦Yona Gandye⁩. First zero flouro cases in subsaharan Africa. Great mapping by Stu Catto. #madaktari

Ep cases Jakaya kikwete cardiac insititute. Given the complexity of the Ep field and manpower scarce, in aggregate, we target at least 50% (50% assistence) of cases done annually by local team starting on July 2025. Alot of support needed in similar manner Madactari Africa does
