Just a reminder that many of the artworks in the HighlandArtPrize exhibition at The Rockfield Centre in Oban are for sale, including The Flower Seller by Katherine Sutherland (East Sutherland Art Society). The exhibition runs from 11th-19th October during Mòd an Òbain 2024 week.


The HighlandArtPrize exhibition opens tomorrow at The Rockfield Centre in Oban, displaying 60 artworks from 14 art organisations across the Highlands & Islands, including Travelling Alone by Jules Mather (Artmap Argyll). The exhibition is open 10am-3pm every day from 11th-19th October.


The HighlandArtPrize exhibition is now open at The Rockfield Centre, including Ardalanish, Isle of Mull by Felicity Hansen from Mull Highland Games. Do come and view the 60 inspiring artworks submitted by 14 art organisations from the Highlands and Islands, in conjunction with Mòd an Òbain 2024


Please join us this Saturday (12th October) from 5.30pm-7pm at The Rockfield Centre for refreshments, entertainment, and the unveiling of the HighlandArtPrize shortlist. The 60 artworks on display include Rust, Trotternish by John Nicholson (Art Society Inverness). All welcome!


Four days until the announcement of the winner of the 2024 HighlandArtPrize from a shortlist of 12 including Blue Grey Sea, Cille Pheadair, South Uist/Sé Liath, Cille Pheadair, South Uist by Caroline Hunter from Artmap Argyll. The exhibition is at The Rockfield Centre until Sat 19th Oct.


Prize-giving for the 2024 HighlandArtPrize takes place at The Rockfield Centre on Friday 18th October at 12.30pm, in conjunction with Mòd Nàiseanta Rìoghail ¦ Royal National Mòd. All are welcome to come along and celebrate 60 inspiring artworks including The Vast Expanse/An Leud Mòr by Jane Rushton resipole studios.

Come and support Highlands and Islands artists tomorrow Friday 18th October (12.30pm-1pm) at the prize-giving for the 2024 HighlandArtPrize at The Rockfield Centre in Oban. Shortlist includes Dùthchas: Pabaigh Strollers by Yasmin Davidson Uist Arts Association.


Today at 12.30pm at The Rockfield Centre in Oban, Ishbel Murray will highlight and talk about the 12 shortlisted artworks for the 2024 HighlandArtPrize including In the Wilds/Anns an Fhàsach by David Deamer resipole studios before announcing this year's winner. Do come along, all welcome

As part of winning the 2024 HighlandArtPrize, Jules Mather will be displaying recent artworks in a solo exhibition at The Briggait in central Glasgow, courtesy of Wasps. The exhibition runs from 14th March to 14th April (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm), Opening evening on Fri 14th March (5pm-8pm).

The Highland Society of London is delighted to announce that HighlandArtPrize will return as part of Mòd Nàiseanta Rìoghail ¦ Royal National Mòd from 10th-18th October 2025, during which 60-75 artworks will be open to the public at McCallum Art House in Fort William.
