Re ag part of this; We know action is happening on farmland; many farmers doing their best; we know it’s not enough & late. But can’t help but be annoyed that govt didn’t require safeguards be put in place long ago esp when we advised such. WWT investment down priority list too.

Good news! Have you signed this petition to #StopEcocide and explicitly make it a crime across the EU? Don't forget that we have big wins to celebrate and keep building upon, even when other priorities or elections results aren't overwhelmingly positive! action.wemove.eu/sign/2024-05-n…

How do we "paint the picture" of the damage already done to our communities? Of the lives we have already lost to avoidable floods, overheating, asthma from air pollution, and so on? This is it. This is the default 'do nothing' choice. And you can choose differently! #Dublin

When done right, active travel infrastructure has FAR MORE potential to grant more people (poor, rich, young, old, able-bodied and PWD) freedom compared to a car centric model.

- Data centres now consume 21% of total electricity on the grid (493% increase since 2014) - 14,303 people now homeless (579% increase since 2014) Two statistics published this week that tell you a lot about Ireland's 'development' over the last decade.

The Nature Restoration Law has been published in the EU journal today. This means that the law will enter into force in only 20 days 🥳 That will start the clock, giving 🇮🇪 two years to develop a Nature Restoration Plan to #RestoreNature
