Last weekend our clinical nurse specialist Esther Tolley hosted a Gluten Free Kitchen! The young people have coeliac disease; they made Brioche bread, chocolate brownies & a sweet chilli chicken stir fry! The event meant they could meet others like them, share advice & stories!
