Last month, I was incredibly grateful to be invited to the British Society for Research on Ageing annual conference - an absolutely fascinating insight into the future of longevity research from experts ranging from Altos Labs to the Mayo Clinic Now the dust is settled on #BSRA2024 - what did I learn?

What a fantastic meeting it has been #IYS2024 Thought š provoking talks and discussions around the emerging research highlighting the powerful interactions between the gut and health. Thank you for the invitation Dr Emily Prpa and Holly Neill
