The 24/7 SMS/WhatsApp service will be the first of its kind offering domestic abuse support in Scotland, and adds to the Helpline’s existing provision of 24/7 phone, email and web chat support.

Other important things to know: 🚨You can tell us to stop sending you messages at any time. You are in control. 🚨The same experts who staff our phones, email and webchat will be operating the new SMS/WhatsApp service. 🚨No internet? You can still talk to us via SMS.
