Durham Stormwater is working on a trash assessment study to learn more about how trash enters our waterways. Trash in our streams can lead to a buildup of microplastics, so it's always better to choose to reuse! Head to DurhamNC.Gov/5178 to learn more.

Clogged pipes can ruin a great day. Pour small amounts of grease in a sealed container and put it in the trash. Take large amounts to 2115 E Club Blvd. Never pour cooking oil or grease down the drain!
