It's a great honor to have had a meeting with Dr. Lynn Snyder-Mackler Dr. Lynn Snyder-Mackler to present some NMES results mentored by Dr.Dr. Karin G Silbernagel. Dr. Lynn Snyder is one of the outstanding researchers in NMES, and I grew up reading her papers, especially her book. Great day ❤️

Our new published paper: doi.org/10.1123/jsr.20… 🔹 Findings: ✅ Higher evoked torque: Nerve (N-WPHF) & muscle (M-WPHF) > CONV ✅ Greater efficiency: WPHF > CONV (maximal & submaximal) ⚠️ Higher discomfort: WPHF > CONV (submaximal) #NMES #Electrostimulation #rehabilitation
