I was shocked watching Panorama on the sexual abuse of female tea pickers in Kenya. Couldn’t believe companies like Unilever haven’t dealt with this. A simple solution would be only hire women in the manager roles!!

Did anyone else find this episode of Panorama completely shocking? I thought Unilever was one of the good guys! Why dint the just employ women managers?
