A very nice one 😀 This ECG of an elderly gentleman was sent to me with the question of whether the existing chest pain can be explained by the rapid conduction in atrial fibrillation with signs of subendocardial ischemia in the anterior chest leads. What do you think?

Case by Dr Satish Kumar, Cardiologist, Bokaro: 38ys Male, Non Smoker, No h/o DM or Hypertension. Having intermittent heaviness in the chest with radiation to both the arms. Would occur at rest also. Symptoms occuring intermittently for 2 months, ECG ( no 1 ) was done 2 months
