I've never understood this, especially with professional fees; if you NEED the registration to work, it should be funded. Same for any compulsory prefessional registration GMC, NMC, HCPC, etc. As for exams, at least the first attempt should be funded.

Why be a dick about it? Why are you and other PAs so egotistical? I don't know why, but the PA profession definitely attracts a certain 'type' of personality. You don't do your profession any favours... you all should be keeping your head down and shining, in a positive way.

Complaints are always useful from patients. Even if nothing I did was wrong, it often identifies issues in the system or with communication. I can honestly say every complaint I've had (not many in almost 20 years) has changed my practice.

If gas / electricity prices were reasonable, then there wouldn't be a need for any winter fuel payments, or not to the extent proposed. The issue is much wider than winter fuel payments.

Doctors pay is an absolute joke! For the amount of work they do, their years of stud and their responsibility, it's ridiculous!
