We started the day with the seniors and ended the day with our rising ninth graders for the next school year. We were so excited to welcome the eighth-grade Lower Macungie Middle School students to the high school for a tour by our Hornet ambassadors.
Last week, Mrs. Deacon, Mrs. Assise and Mrs. Ross did a little throwback Thursday for our seniors to reminisce on their elementary Wellness/Fitness days. So much fun and great memories!
Students in Ms. Maurer and Ms. McKinney's English 9 classes read the letters they wrote to themselves on the first day of school. Now they are ready for 10th grade.

What a treat it was for us to welcome back home the class of 1975. Our hornet ambassadors gave tours and learned so much about the history of the school and these former students. Such a great morning. Go Hornets!
Such a cool opportunity! Some students have the chance to travel to Iceland with Miss Kinzel this summer. Such a once in a lifetime experience. safe travels EHS!
We could not be more proud of Meena! She was selected to represent our school at the PA HOBY leadership summit this year and then she is one of the two students who have been chosen from PA to attend the World Leadership Congress next month in Chicago with a full scholarship!
Just wanted to share some of our very impressive student work from the end of the school year. These students are presenting in their project lead the way engineering capstone class. Students had to solve the problem and engineer and prototype a solution.
More world traveling by our Hornets! Ms. Hess and our students are having great adventures in Costa Rica.

Today was the last day of our Summer Ramp Up program for some of our rising 9th graders. In addition to math, ELA, and high school transition support, the students enjoyed a pancake breakfast cooked by their teachers! We hope this helps them feel comfortable & prepared for EHS
