Very early start to catch the night shift from Essex Police - Control & Contact Centre for cuddles before they left & meet the early team. PDBaloo & I got to meet the wonderful lady who was amazing when she helped coordinate our rescue from a live lane of the A12 in august. Very emotional, she saved us🥹
