.U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Philadelphia arrested Fermin Eslava-Burgos, a citizen of Venezuela, in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Eslava was arrested as a suspected TdA gang member who entered the U.S. without admission by an immigration official. He will remain in custody pending removal proceedings.

On April 15, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Philadelphia and ATF Philadelphia arrested a 38-year-old criminal alien from Honduras. During the search, a handgun was found in his waistband. The city of Philadelphia previously refused to honor an immigration detainer lodged by ICE against the man.

ICE officers take their sworn oath to honorably protect and serve the citizens of this great country very seriously! If DA Larry Krasner did the same, Philadelphia would be a much safer place.

Today, ICE ERO Philadelphia and ATF Philadelphia arrested Franco Ramon-Mendez, an illegal alien from Ecuador, in Philadelphia. Ramon-Mendez was previously arrested for “driving under the influence “ in Philadelphia. ICE placed a detainer on him, which the city ignored.

On May 10, ERO Philadelphia arrested illegal alien from Guatemala, Celso Feliciano-Juarez, 43, in Chester City, PA. Feliciano-Juarez was previously convicted of Driving Under the Influence and is an alien who entered the U.S. without authorization.

On May 27, ICE ERO Philadelphia along with Chief Patrol Agent - Yuma Sector, HSI Philadelphia and ATF Philadelphia, arrested Edwin Aroldo Esteban-Cordon, a 33 year-old Guatemalan citizen. He was previously removed from the U.S. and will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

On May 28, ERO Philadelphia, in collaboration with HSI Philadelphia, Director, Field Operations Matthew F. Suarez, Chief Patrol Agent - Yuma Sector and FBI Philadelphia, arrested Dominican illegal alien Warlin De Jesus Arnaud-Salcedo in Philadelphia. He was previously deported in 2016 and re-entered the U.S. unlawfully.

On May 28, ERO Philadelphia, along with Chief Patrol Agent - Yuma Sector, HSI Philadelphia and ATF Philadelphia arrested Venezuelan illegal alien Luis Enrique Pineda Seijas in Philadelphia. Pineda was identified during an operation and arrested for being unlawfully present in the U.S.
