Eur Respir Rev: Obesity influenced the prevalence of asthma and uncontrolled asthma during pregnancy. Asthma was associated with adverse obstetric and delivery outcomes, and obesity was a risk factor for HDP, GDM and CD in pregnant women with asthma. bit.ly/41ZAgKq

Across countries with diverse health systems and populations, cardiovascular event or death risk increased 10-fold in the week following COPD exacerbation onset and was sustained for 1 year. COPD management should target cardiopulmonary risk reduction. bit.ly/3UXGiY2
