It’s the first day of #IPDLN2024 🎉🎉 I’ve had several conversations on what makes meaningful PPIE within digital spaces. I’m looking forward to representing DynAIRx Work Package 6 and LCR Civic Data Cooperative at the poster session this evening.

Fantastic presentation by Elizabeth Nelson from Ulster University at #IPDLN2024 👏🏻on bringing data to life through co-production with young people. It’s refreshing to hear how pragmatism can be applied while working on data driven research & to get things done. 💡

Remembering my first pregnancy for tonight’s #WaveOfLight for #BLAW2024 and the babies in my family who should be alive (2 siblings). While I haven’t been able to stay active in baby loss research, I’m reminded of the impact of baby loss on my family structure & my own family.

We had some really interesting and fun answers! Also heard from a dad who implements a ‘no tech Saturday’ rule which is exactly what it sounds like. Interesting food for thought 💭!!

I was in London at the time and woke up devastated by the news. I called in sick and stayed in bed the whole day.

I have a very bad stomach bug which almost seems appropriate for today.

It’s 2:15am and I can’t keep my eyes open any longer, but I’m afraid to wake up and be wholeheartedly disappointed in my country. Yet, we’ve been here before.

I’ve had three hours of sleep, and have been sick all night long literally and figuratively. God give me strength to make it through the day. I pray no one asks me about the election and if they do may I not cry on the spot.
