STRONG team effort between our U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chicago District and USACE Jax District to support the Rio Guayanilla Flood Risk Management Study. This project will reduce potential flood damages by 97% and protect lives in the community of Guayanilla! PROUD to have signed this Chief's Report!
