ETSU Women's TF had another good day on Saturday at the Finn Pincus Inv. Highlights included 2nd place finishes by Freshmen Micailah Cook (400m) and Lexi Carter (shot put). Akeera Molette (60 hurdles) and Micailah (60 dadh) had solid performances in their finals.

ETSU Women's TF finished the 2nd day at the FinnPincus Inv with PB's in the throws by Morri Howell, Tyla Nicholson, and Emma Johnson. Meg Lance followed up her win on Friday in with a podium finish in the 1000m. Other finalists included Tya Blake and Bri Baker in the LJ.

ETSU TF had nice performances from Micailah Cook in the 60m and 200m dashes today at the Camel City Inv in Winston-Salem. Micailah finished 4th in the 60m with a huge pb of 7.73. She followed that up a third place finish in the 200m, winning her section in a personal best time

Congrats to Meg Lance on winning the 600m run at the Camel City Inv today with a personal best. Teammate Izelle Kruger added a bronze finishing 3rd with a personal best as well.

ETSU women throwers had personal bests in the weight throw today at the Camel City inv. Soph Tyla Nicholson led the way, followed by freshmen Emma Johnson and Lexi Carter. All 3 are continuing to make progress under Coach Ducas' guidance.

Congrats to Tyla Nicholson today on her 5th place finish in the Weight Throw at the SoCon TF Championship. She had almost a 4 foot personal best toss. In addition, .Morri Howell had a similar improvement, just missing making the final.

Tya Blake has another personal best this time in the Triple Jump as she earns a Silver Medal at the SoCon TF Championship this morning. Her mark of 12.29 is her first jump over 40 feet in her career. Way to go Tya.

ETSU TRACK & FIELD earns 2 victories in a span of 20 minutes in the VertKlasse Meeting hosted by High Point Univ. Jason Bowers takes the Mile Run, and Tya Blake wins the Triple Jump with an outdoor personal best.
