🚨New working paper🚨on value of #sanctions coalitions w/Julian Hinz Katrin Kamin @JoschkaWanner. Focusing on 2012🇮🇷& 2014🇷🇺 sanctions, we find coalitions served two crucial purposes:⬆️economic cost for the sanctioned & ⬇️domestic loss for sanctioning states.(1/6)
