Would be no where without this amazing preceptor, program director, and mentor! What an honor and privilege I have had to learn from the best of the best!!! 💕🚑

Cannot put into words how grateful I am to have completed the best PGY2 in emergency medicine I could have ever asked for with the very best preceptors! Very sad to leave University of Maryland Medical Center but excited to be starting Hackensack Meridian Riverview Medical Center as their first ED pharmacist!

Would love to see a subgroup analysis of the “black cloud” group of EM pharmacists/providers and see if that association is still not true 😂😂 The use of the word “quiet” in the emergency department is not associa... sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

In pharmacy school you learn about all these drugs with the caveat you’ll probably never use this but… Then the next thing you know you go into EM, become the black cloud, and you’re giving Digifab as soon as you start your shift 🙃

Ok Halloween is over but I couldn't resist because EM pharmacists were made for this meme. Tell me I am wrong. #EMRx #Twitterx #emergencymedicine #FOAMed #pharmacist

This systematic review included 30 studies with varied settings. Overall, pharmacist involvement is beneficial for initiating time critical meds, ⬆️med appropriateness, and ⬆️guideline adherence. It was underpowered to ID patient oriented outcomes like mortality or LOS. #EMRx

I love working in the ER more than anything but I already talk about burning out after only practicing for 3 years which is so scary. This article sums up practice so perfectly and means a lot to all us clinical pharmacists (especially EM) who feel this every day we go into work.
