Gerald D. Reid, Governor Janet Mills's Chief Legal Counsel, claimed my findings that Maine redacted the Articles of Separation from its constitution to hide its Wabanaki treaty obligations are a "false premise" & "discredited." So, read this thread summarizing my research with caution.
