Since we turned 1 year old yesterday, we have some stats to share! We've completed over 1100 Early Help Assessments since being launched 📊📝

98% of people who took an exit survey last year regarding our service said they felt supported when they needed it the most 📊

97% rated their overall experience of the service of Early Help workers', including help & support, as either 'Good' or 'Excellent' 📊

One resident said of us: "The service they (Early Help) provided was above and beyond what I expected" 👍

While another commented: "I felt my voice was heard & was not afraid to say how I felt & what my issues were" 👍
