We uncover an ENT2–inosine–PNP axis that sustains astrocytic ATP production. Loss of ENT2 disrupts purine metabolism, and amplifies inflammatory astrocyte reactivity, linking metabolic regulation to neuroinflammation. (sciencedirect.com/science/articl…) #Astrocyte #Neuroinflammation
