Oncologic patient under chemotherapy. Came with LT lower limb swelling. Final diagnosis: deev venous thrombosis including the CFV , deep & superficialfemoral veins , popliteal and deeb calf veins. Moreover most of the superficial venous system of the limb was occluded. #EchoTech

Known Ewing sarcoma male patient (age 12 years) under chemotherapy Before 1 months diagnosed by iliopsoas abscess which managed by surgical drainage and antibiotics coverage Now he came for followup The area was painfule and tender. Area of scan : operative bed in the LIF.
