We’re back in Baltimore this week to convene our Noncredit Mobility Academy in partnership with ESG. We’re excited to have state teams here from Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Texas, and Virginia.

ESG President Matt Gandal sets the stage for the rest of our time together with an overview of the shifting landscape. Teams discuss recent state and federal policy changes that have had the greatest impact on their work and on noncredit education. ESG
