As part of our Day 5 community visits in Kilifi County, one of our teams visited DIWA (Disability With Ability), a powerful organization advocating for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities. #CWIDGender

Our next visit was to Nawiri Africa, an organization working at the intersection of gender equality, youth inclusion, and social justice. Through leadership development and grassroots advocacy, Nawiri is shaping a more equitable future for communities across Kilifi. #CWIDGender

In Malindi, we met with the PONA Initiative, a safe and nurturing space dedicated to helping girls heal, grow, and rebuild after experiences of violence and trauma. Their psychosocial support and empowerment programs are life-changing for young survivors. #CWIDGender

We wrapped up with Youth Empowerment and Support Group, a Malindi-based initiative uplifting youth,especially young women through skills training, mentorship, and community engagement. Their work is building confident, capable youth leaders for tomorrow. #CWIDGender
