Excited to announce the pre-release of the #opensource MuscleMap Toolbox for the assessment of #muscle from #MRI (and CT). While we are starting in the lumbar spine, we will be expanding to the whole body and releasing models for new regions soon! Huge effort by Eddo Wesselink!

Eddo Wesselink and the MuscleMap Toolbox team are working to improve the assessment of #muscle health. Our latest automated #opensource pipeline generalizes to multiple image contrasts, resolutions, and modalities, reducing barriers to assessing #muscle health in #clinicaltrials.
