A solid team performance yesterday sees us claim a convincing win against Staffieldcricketclub. Batting first we made 288/7, Darren Collin (155) leading the way with his first hundred for the club, ably supported by others. We then bowled them out for 147 with the wickets shared.

A place on the honours board for both Darren Collin and Jonny Kidd this week after their superb innings. Well done both 👏

Unfortunately, the weather beat us in the end today but not before Wigton Cricket Club 2nds posted 233-5. Our reply was cut short when the heavens opened. We try again next week 🏏

Frustratingly, the weather has come out on top today as our game against Langholm has been called off. Typical after no game last week on the hottest day of the year!
