So Russia does what it can to appear as a “savior” to African countries struggling with hunger, drought, and political/economic insecurities. President Putin has already announced free grain to six countries: Mali, Burkina Faso, CAR, Zimbabwe, Somalia, and Eritrea. (7/11)
