🆕️📋 just pub'd in Int'l Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. For Vmax, performing better w/RST 50%BM loads appears to be more advantageous for FWDS. For these players, stronger associations (vs Backs) btw URS + RST performances when considering higher velocities (ie, sprint VEL 30 m) and Vmax. 🧵⬇️
