📣 Finally published! 1️⃣ epidemiological study in 🇦🇷 youth ⚽️ players 🔛 IOC recommendations. Hamstring injuries showed the highest burden in circa & post-PHV groups. Hopefully this will allow other clubs to record injuries & monitor the growth and maturation in youth ⚽️ players.

1️⃣ epidemiological study in 🇦🇷 youth ⚽️ players 🔛 IOC recommendations.

🆕️📋 just pub'd in Int'l Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance. For Vmax, performing better w/RST 50%BM loads appears to be more advantageous for FWDS. For these players, stronger associations (vs Backs) btw URS + RST performances when considering higher velocities (ie, sprint VEL 30 m) and Vmax. 🧵⬇️
