🌊 For Oceans Day, Year 5 and 6 explored ocean pollution and the impact of plastic waste. Year 5 created art and posters inspired by Into the Sea, while Year 6 tackled the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, writing letters to Coca-Cola and designing powerful posters to raise awareness.

Year 5 & 6 visited the British Library for a ‘Windrush Voices’ workshop, exploring the experiences of Caribbean people during Windrush. They explored primary sources, oral histories & even visited the Treasury Gallery. A fantastic, engaging & well-organised trip! British Library

Thank you to 4EP for a beautiful and creative presentation at our Junior Mass this morning. Through art, music, and reflection, they helped us to see the wonder of the Holy Trinity by comparing it to the life-giving power of the sun: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in perfect unity.

Year 6 pupils enjoyed a joyful afternoon of arts and crafts, making lotus origami with older community members in a heart-warming intergenerational session.

Year 5 recently visited The Meadows Residential Care Home. They read stories to the residents and took part in friendly conversations. Pupils found the experience fun and rewarding, but it also helped them to understand some of the challenges people in care homes can face.

In today’s Lego Club session, the children designed and built their own mazes using Lego bricks. They showed impressive creativity and problem-solving skills as they guided marbles through the paths they constructed. #LegoClub #STEMLearning #CreativeKids #HandsOnLearning

On 19th June, 4EP and 4RJ had a craft and bake sale. The sale went smoothly and many pupils supported us by coming to buy what we had made. Extraordinarily, Year 4 exceeded our target and we raised a total of £1,135 for Housing for Women.
