Congrats to NU_SOQIC Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine med student Tanaz Naterwala on this interesting study evaluating residency program reputation rank & well-being. More burnout at top-ranked programs. A big thanks to her resident mentor extraordinaire, @chia_md, for guiding her! Northwestern Surgery
Congrats to Brian J. Nasca, MD MS on his plenary talk! Mistreatment can be hard to talk about bc of stigma and potential for retaliation, so not surprising that people don’t talk about it more. This is the rationale for the @The_SECONDTrial program report!
