Sentences for defacing statues & sentences for rape. Shouldn’t we be talking about just getting suspects to court? Just over 7% of recorded crimes leads to a charge. 3.5% of sexual offences, 1.5% of rapes. And that doesn’t even include unreported offences. Source: Home Office
