Everyone always asks, “What book made you want to be an author?” But no book did. I had stories in my head and needed to get them out. So I guess I’m the opposite. Writing made me want to read. Anyone else do it backward?

Why am I craving coffee at 6pm? I don’t know. Am I making a cup of decaf because of it? Absolutely.

69 pages left to read of this trilogy, and I have to be a responsible adult and save the grand finale for tomorrow. Absolutely PAINFUL. But so worth it.

I’m not afraid to DNF a book if it’s not vibing or deeply flawed. It's disappointing, but there are too many great books waiting. The worst, though, is DNF’ing the sequel to a trilogy I loved. Now that one hurt. Any one else have that happen to them?
