STATE ! A lot of fun I went as an alternate, but ended up running in the prelims as the anchor for the 4x4 we ran a time of 4:02 me with a split of 62! So grateful for this amazing opportunity. So glad that I have this team with these amazing coaches Simms Coach Deeken ⚡️

Had an amazing time at Nix relays in Washington! Ran the 4x8 and 4x4. Came home with 2 first place medals and the team got first overall. New school record in the 4x8!

Ladue meet Saturday! New 4x8 school record 10:20 11 second mile pr in my first mile of the season with a 5:45! Can’t wait for the rest of the season!

Had fun at North point freshman/sophomore meet last night! Ran the 800 and 4x4. Got first in both! Not the times I wanted tho. Can’t wait for GACs on Thursday!

Late post but had lots of fun at the north point XC camp last week. My team “Bolt” won the frozen t-shirt relay! Can’t wait for the season!
