Well, after whatever the heck yesterday was (I couldn't log in at all) I am BACK. None shall defeat me, not even the terrible coding of this site.

The weekly craft fair I've come to rely on as a free opportunity to sell books and network with other small businesses has closed down. Permanently. It made up over half my takings on books last month and this month. Searching for new events but I feel pretty lost.

#LincsConnect Does anyone know of any local (to Lincoln/North Hykeham area) cheap (no more than £15) craft fairs or events? My weekly event is closed and I'm at a loss for what to do with my in stock books to get my money back. No car boots please. Other suggestions welcome.

Yesterday, I put together slides for my course session on editing. Part of the slides covered why you shouldn't rely on technology. Last night, I had a dream that Grammarly kept correcting aren't to isn't in sentences like 'they aren't coming'. It's leaking into my dreams.

Working with other authors is EXACTLY like teaching ten-year-olds sometimes. Half of them haven't put their names on their work and the ones who have put it in completely the wrong place.
