One of my favorite filmmakers is Hirokazu Koreeda. I have loved everything from Still Walking to Broker. One of the things I appreciate his movies is his hope to "connect people who are in conflict in a separated world."

This is so true. Most want to be heard. Few listen to another without just waiting to say something. To be truly present to another person is a spiritual act.
