Today Centre for Perioperative Care and British Geriatrics Society are pleased to publish the 'Guideline for the Perioperative Care for People Living with Frailty Undergoing Emergency and Elective Surgery.' The guideline is the first full perioperative pathway for frailty. Read more: bit.ly/2ZAVYGV

The highlight of my day was definitely seeing the smile on my elderly patient's face when I bought her a bottle of Irn Bru after she told me that she wasn't drinking anything on the ward as she only likes Irn Bru! #PatientCentredCare
