So excited for our first Methods@Manchester Being Human Festival event tomorrow, featuring an object handling session with Njabulo Chipangura at Manchester Museum as part of their decolonising methodology. ๐ฆWe will share more with you in a film & digital exhibition... we'll keep you posted!

A reminder that objects are living cultures & importance of co-production. Museums have long way to go wrt decolonising, but proud to play small part in this Manchester Museum event - attendees generously shared fascinating stories about objects in use, memories, familial associations.

Last week's Methods@Manchester Manchester Museum Being Human Festival collaboration certainly left its mark on me. Not sure I've ever learnt so much in 2 hours! So I wrote a blog which you can read here ๐๐๐

Looking forward to chairing our next Methods North West lunchtime seminar series session featuring Dr Isabella Butcher & Harsimran Sansoy (Oxford Uni team for ATTUNE Research Project), focusing on co-design, arts methods and mental health Join us on Zoom Thurs 12-1pm: shorturl.at/zZJcS
